NO ENTRY FEE, EVER
Film Brigade seeks short films, videos, and digital works of all genres to be part of quarterly screenings. We’re an ongoing series open to submissions of film, video and digital works from directors of all ages and levels of filmmaking experience.Film Brigade provides ongoing community-based shows to a live audience, bringing uncommon films to the general public.
This is not an open screening. Each episode presents a diverse selection of local and international films including narrative fiction, documentary, experimental, animation, and all other genres as part of a carefully constructed, cohesive program.
We look for for films of all kinds. Flukes, masterpieces, first-timers, experimental, animation, fiction, documentaries, music videos - you name it, we want it.
Awards are given at our annual “Best Of” at the Gene Siskel Film Center in January.
MAXIMUM total running time: 25 minutes
Required items:
- your film on PLAYABLE DVD (NTSC) or MINI-DV TAPE*
- one page info sheet about film
